He is a member of The Alliance of Merger and Acquisition Advisors (AMAA), the Institute of Certified Business Counselors (I-CBC), National Equipment & Business Brokers Institute (NEBB), International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and Business Brokers Network (BBN). Bud received his education at Bethel College, Southern Illinois University and the University of Minnesota. Bud is a certified Machinery/Equipment appraiser. April Boucher, started her first business transfer company in 1994 when she became an active affiliate with Business Brokers Network. She relocated her office to the downtown financial district of Sioux Falls, South Dakota in February 2003. April is ninety percent Member/Responsible Real Estate Broker of The Professional Group, LLC. April is certified through Business Evaluation Systems as a Senior Business Analyst, Business Enhancement Consultant, Machinery and Equipment Appraiser. She has over 9 years of business transfer and business services experience. She is a member of the Society of Business Analysts. April received her degree in Business Administration and Business Management from the University of Sioux Falls. Roger Gastineau has been involved with BGEA in their Development Department. He has served as Project Director of Overseas events in Europe and Africa. Roger lived and worked in Africa for many years. While in Africa, Nairobi Kenya, Roger coordinated the building of the Africa Nazarene University. He also worked as Executive Director of a Christian Relief and Development organization in Kenya, which provided training and humanitarian aid to Sudan. Roger has a strong understanding of business management and ownership transfer. Roger received a BA and MA at Point Loma Nazarene University.
